Same day, same rhythm, same person. Pay after each clean by card or bank transfer.
Where I cover
Plus the surrounding villages: Effingham, East Horsley, Box Hill, West Humble, Westcott, Brockham, North and South Holmwood, and Coldharbour. If you are nearby and not on the list, still worth asking. I am adding streets all the time and it is usually a yes if there are a few houses close together.
Shops and business premises
Clean glass makes a shopfront look cared for, and it is often the first thing a customer notices. I clean commercial premises weekly or fortnightly, inside and out if you want it, working around your trading hours.

Questions
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as I can get to the back of the house, you do not need to be in. I text the night before so you can leave the side gate unlocked.
Why does the first clean cost more?
Glass that has not been cleaned for a while takes a lot longer to bring back than glass on a six week rhythm. The first clean is one and a half to two times the normal price, and I will tell you exactly what it is before I start.
Am I tied into anything?
No contract, no minimum, no cancellation fee. Tell me to stop and I stop.
What if it rains?
I still clean. Rain is clean water and it does not undo the job. If the weather is bad enough to be unsafe I will move you to the next day and text you.
What if you cannot get round the back?
I will clean the front, charge you less for that visit, and catch the back next time.
Do you need a ladder to clean bungalow windows?
No. Everything I do is ground-based, no ladders at all, which suits a bungalow perfectly since every window is reachable from the ground. It also means nothing propped against your walls or borders.
Can you clean our shop outside opening hours?
Yes. Most shop cleans are done before you open, after you close, or at another quiet time we agree, so it does not disrupt customers or staff. Weekly or fortnightly, and I am fully insured with a risk assessment available on request.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer after each clean. Details come with your confirmation text.
